RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products 100 percent.

If you purchase an item from OYOI and the product is faulty, contact us by email with our customer service specialist with in 14 days, one of our team member would assess the item, the return would be accepted if all the requirements are met and finalised by our team. once that is completed you will be informed by email
Letting you know with the decision if the return has been accepted it will take another 14 days to return an item or the amount. to send back you may return your item to the address shown below. Please send item with a receipt or proof of purchase for a refund that can be shown. receipt by email can be printed out and sent with the item or the receipt comes with the item.
Items must be returned in salable condition with the tag on the T-shirt PUK CODE showing in the tag. Non-salable items cannot be accepted.
Return should be sent under there own cost
Please note we return back products that are not faulty, wrong design, wrong size or colour.
